Sarah and Raj's Malibu wedding at Rancho Del Cielo

Rancho Del Cielo in Malibu is one of my favorite locations for a wedding and for wedding photography! I would love to live there... It is an absolutely gorgeous spot up in the mountains of Malibu overlooking the ocean with exquisite views and lush gardens. The landscaping ( designed by owners, Jill and Sparky) always inspires me- it's a lovely mix of native/drought resistant plants, flowering trees and exotic flowers. It's dreamy... Sarah and Raj's wedding was a delightful mix of Eastern and Western traditions. There was an Indian Wedding ceremony and a Unitarian Ceremony that seemed to fit together perfectly. Sarah and Raj live in London . With guests and family form India, Europe and California, it was quite cosmopolitan, a lively and fun celebration!

Dave and Joy's wedding reception at Wolfgang Puck's in the Pacific Design Center

Dave and Joy decided celebrated their wedding with a reception at the Wolfgang Puck catering space in the Pacific Design Center. They brought in the wonderfully talented and creative team of Anne Barnett, Debbie Powell and Rusty Feldman from Hold The Date, Inc. The gals transformed the room! It was a black and white theme with lovely sculptural trees in the dining room. The Wolfgang Puck space at the Pacific Design Center is a great cosmopolitan setting.

Cameron and Adele's - Santa Monica Wedding photography

Cameron and Adele's wedding took place at The Latter Day Saint's Church In Los Angeles
followed by a lively party at The Sheraton Delfina in Santa Monica.

Shirley and Ed's 85th Birthday Party Photography Los Angeles

Shirley and Ed were still like love birds celebrating their 85th birthdays together. The party was held at daughter Ellen's house in Hancock Park. Friends and family came from near and far to celebrate.

Dara's Bar Mitzvah Photography - Union Station, Los Angeles

The wonderful Moghavem family and their friends celebrated Dara's Bar Mitzvah at Union Station. This was a 2nd party ( a couple of months after the teens celebrated) mostly for family and friends. Union Station , which is a beautiful location to begin with , was elegantly transformed with projections on the walls, an illuminated dance floor and there was great music arranged by Sal Kuenzler at City Connection

Peacock Wedding Dress

This wedding dress decorated with peacock feathers was featured at a Wedding Expo  in Nanjing, China. The unique gown took eight handcraft workers two months to finish. It is decorated with brocade, 2009 peacock feathers and 60 Hetian jades. The price?  1.5 million dollars.
