Dara's Bar Mitzvah photography at University Synagogue in Brentwood

To see more of Dara's Bar Mitzvah click here: slide show
Dara studied the Torah for a year and and his Bar Mitzvah was a joyous celebration of his hard work and coming of age. His grandparents came all the way from Persia and friends and family gathered for a very heartfelt service followed by a fun filled party on a boat in Marina Del Rey.
University Synagogue in Brentwood was the location for the Bar Mitzvah service .Tall windows of stained glass were an impressive and colorful backdrop. Dara was very gracious - posing for countless pictures with relatives who hugged him and kissed him. It was nice to see such so much affection. The party on the boat was a huge success. the teens were on the upper deck while parents, relatives and their friends partied below.

Priscilla and Daniel's Wedding at the Pacific Asia Museum , Pasadena

The Pacific Asia Museum in Pasadena was a lovely spot for Priscilla and Daniel's wedding.
The courtyard was festooned with beautiful hanging lanterns which glowed in warm tones of orange, yellow and red. Friends and family flew in from New York ( where Priscilla and Daniel live). Brocade slippers were handed out at the dance floor which seemed to contribute to the lively dancing. It was a delightful wedding!

Ciro and Michelle's Wedding at the Hollywood Roosevelt

Ciro and Michelle were married at the beautiful Wayfarer's Chapel in Palos Verdes which was
designed by Lloyd Wright ( son of Frank LLoyd Wright). The 3 flower girls were very sweet all dressed in colorful kimonos.
The reception was held at the historic Hollywood Roosevelt. We took a few minutes to go out onto Hollywood Blvd and
take some pictures before Ciro and Michelle made their wonderfully grand entrance -Michelle held a parasol and the lighting was dramatic- very fun!
